Were you a DJ 2 years ago?

“Technically NO, but I was in Portugal with my cousins, we went to this empty bar and when we said the music sucked, they let me connect to the Bluetooth, go behind the bar and I started playing Bad Bunny. And then BOOM, the bar was PACKED!”

Did you have a vision or was it more of a one night kinda thing?

“It was more of a: me and my cousins were drunk as fck and wanted to listen to good music kinda thing!!”

As a latent DJ, not knowing that would be his craft, he was once just a Physical Therapy student. He completely shifted his focus after 4 years of school for Health and Wellness Performance.

And what once was just a simple purchase 5 months ago is now his most valued possession, his deck, which plays and produces 80s and 90s pop, rock, and Latino music that inspires him!

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

“I grew up playing baseball all my life. If you were to ask 13-year-old Drew what he wanted to be, he would 100% say be in the MLB.”

****10-year-old Drew though was busy mixing Pitbull’s "Hotel Room Service” and Black Eyed Peas’ “Boom Boom Pow” on some of the first virtual DJ software on his Microsoft Windows, to getting gifted DJ Hero on WII, to now DJ-ing back-to-back at BLOND:ISH, a Canadian music producer and DJ’s release party on a MINI SCHOOL BUS during MIAMI MUSIC WEEK!

From turning a dull bar scene into a bustling party in Portugal to rocking out on a mini school bus at Miami Music Week, Drew Quatro's journey is a wild rollercoaster of beats and adventures!

Swapping dumbbells for turntables, he's gone from aspiring athlete to groove maestro, all while keeping the vibe lively and the bass pumping.
